Call of Duty 4: Radar, Airstrikes and Helicopters
Radar, Airstrikes and Helicopters play a huge role in Call of Duty. Radar provides a small increment advantages while Airstrikes and Helicopters can completely turn the tempo of the game. These reinforcements make it difficult to bounce back once the enemy gains the advantage. That is why it is so critical to get to the five kills first, so you can get the first tempo advantage. Once you get to five kills the airstrike should bring you to seven, summoning a helicopter. If the enemy isn’t quickly able to take down the Heli and put up their own the game will probably already be lost for them. The kills will begin to multiply until they are stuck under a permanent wave of Helis and airstrikes. This aspect of the game may be a tad unfair but if you prepare for it you can use it to your advantage. I will go into this topic further later because it plays such a central role to the game, but thats all for now.
