Ninja Defuse in Search and Destroy Call of Duty 4 COD4
A Ninja Defuse in Call of Duty 4 is when a defending player camps a bomb site in Search and Destroy waiting for a bomb plant. The instant the bomb plant happens the defending player sneaks up and stealthy defuses the bomb while the offense is not paying attention. Check the video below for an example of just what I am talking about.
Getting a successful Ninja Defuse off is probably one of the most satisfying things a person can do in a Call of Duty 4 Search and Destroy game. Not only does it give you that nice full leet feeling but it absolutely humiliates and demoralizes the opposing team. It isn’t the impossible task that some people make it out to be. The most relevant variables, the skill/blindness of your opponents and plain old luck are out of your hands. There are a few things you can control to get successful Ninja Defuses more often.
First and most importantly is to choose a good camping spot to wait for the plant. Some maps and bomb sites just don’t have enough cover to camp, so if that is the case don’t camp that site. Second is to match your camouflage to the map and place you are camping. The guille suit snipers get is great for maps like Downpour, but I wouldn’t be using it on Chinatown. In that same vein you want to have the smallest weapon possible out when you are camping, a Pistol is much harder to see than someone lugging around a RPD trying to camp. Pistols that aren’t silenced are prefered but not required. because the length of the suppressor sticks out quite a bit. When you actually get camped sit absolutely still still. Aim and stare straight ahead, any motion whatsoever and you will be spotted. Finally you need patience, you probably won’t get a Ninja Defuse on your first try but after the first it gets much easier.

Easy to say hard to carry out.
Firstly you need to reach the camping spot earlier than the enemy reaches the bomb site.
Secondly in case multiple attackers one plants and the another keeps the aim on the bomb - you die immediately.

Well.. I think one should never prefer to camp and wait for a kill.. Afterall, where’s fun in sitting still, doing nothing, waiting for a satisfactory kill (if opportunity would ever rise).
Rather than a single spot, camping for a region may be a better option sometimes. This place can be a floor with two doors, a backyard, or simply a frequently used side street.
I find it somewhat like the way a sentry guards his location. Going back and forth, monitoring the action and relocating to spot where enemy may appear from, but never leaving the region he guards.
I think that’s better than running amok and shooting around.
I don’t mean you should stick to a part of the map and stay there until the end of the game. You should mentally divide the map to defendable sectors and move from sector to sector… Observe the sector, make sure it is safe, enter sector, clear the perimeter, guard it and when the action is diverted to another corner of the map, change sector.

The video is not of me, just a good example of ninja defuse that was found on youtube. That spot on Strike shown in the video is one of the best Ninja defusing spots in the entire game. Again ninja defusing isn’t the most practical strategy out there, 99% of the time you would be better off just shooting the guy. The fun and humiliation factor of ninja defusing is huge though.
Well i am a 10th prestige on cod4 and im not bored of the game, mainly because i am good and i own most noobs. I have a k : d ratio of 1.97 and im aiming for 2.00. I have all golden guns and i only cage matched 3 of them as they were bad guns. i have ninja’ed around 4 times and its a great feeling once you do it =). L0nG L1V3 c0d 4
I’ve tried and works more times than I thought. Bit boring but to use once or twice a night is funny.
Could be even efficient when most of your team is dead at the beginning (thanks to the enemy GL) and you are one or two against six enemies.
My favourite thing to do now is humiliations tasks. Things like placing a claymore behind some1 camping or direct impacy with a stun grenade or shooting their own claymore to kill them etc
I can’t do this stuff though. Way to hard. I like to go around shooting noobs. I humiliate people with my sheer

i take my claymores and set them up right against the planter and get the points for the kill and the defuse and it is f***ing hilarious
lmfao, you say its not able to be done on the first time, thats a lie. you just have to get the stupidest 10th prestige commander on the other team. he plants it on strike, and here i come to ninja defuse…. ends up we lost, i was killed immediatly after i defused (i think he was confused as to wether i was a dead body or not) and my team had a good laugh. (it was 2 vs 5, most were watchin me)
just get wallhacks, it easier to spot enemines.
